Australia Visitor Visa success of unmarried female with limited financial resources

Candidate Profile

Completed Bachelors degree from Saurashtra University

Unmarried male (between 25 to 30 years) from an average middle class family

Having proprietorship business of trading

Residential property, nominal financial savings

The client was an unmarried male, aspirant of visiting Australia having proprietorship business of trading, had a residential property, nominal financial savings not enough to cover the expenses of the trip. Also, the Income Tax returns were not showing enouhg earnings. Most importantly, the client applied on their own previously and got refusal for incomplete/missing documents and/or information. Addtionally, there was no previous travel history outside India.

The client came to us for consulting and expressed the desire of visiting Australia. We understood the clinet's profile, requirements and reasons of previous refusal. We came up with a solution of making a fresh individual application with writing clarification letter against each grounds of previous refusal. Additionally, we also advised client to get the relatives in Australia to sponsor the trip, which can demonstrate the strong family connection and sponsors assets and finances can be added to the application. Additionally, we took extra care to make sure to include all the relevant documentation/information missing in the previous application, to avoid refusal of application again.

Soon after the application was filed, the clinet received the visa approval within 3 weeks and that too without any further queries and/or requirement of additional documentation and/or explanation. The clinet visited Australia for 2 months and returned back to India.
