UK Visitor Visa success of unmarried female with insufficient evidences

Candidate Profile

Completed post-graduate diploma from M. S. University

Unmarried female (between 20 to 25 years) from an average middle class family

No employment and or work experience

No assets, no financial savings

The client was an unmarried female, aspirant of visiting the UK with no education in continuation, no assets, no financial savings and no current employment and/or work experience. Addtionally, there was no previous travel history outside India.

The client came to us for consulting and expressed the desire of visiting the UK. We understood the clinet's profile and requirements. We came up with a solution of making a family application along with parents, whereby we can make the case strong by including parents income and assets. Additionally, we also advised her to get the relatives in the UK to sponsor the family trip, which can demonstrate the strong family connection and sponsors assets and finances can be added to the application.

That was it, the family visiting visa application to the UK was filed and the visa was approved within 3 weeks, without any further queries and/or requirement of additional documentation and/or explanation. The clinet visited the UK for 3 months and returned back to India.
