The Student had completed bachelors degree with first class from University of Mumbai in the year 2014. Student was aspirant of studying in Canada, however the limitations were education gap of 5+ years and no relevant work experience related to field of studies. More importantly student had multiple unsuccessful attempts; visitor visa refusal for Canada and USA each and 2 times student visa refusal for USA.
We undertook detailed study of the student's profile and understood the requirements. Also, we studied student's previous unsuccessful visitor visa and student visa applications in Canada and USA. We observed that the student's previous visa refusals, were not having any major observations and general grounds of refusa in nature. For the same, we offered a solution of taking admission into an institution which is outside of Toronto and having most relevant program of study in Canada. Also, we assisted student in preparing a strong SOP (Statement of Purpose) for admission and explanation letter towards previous visa refusals.
That was it, student not only got the visa approval in the same attempt, but also without any kind of queries and/or additional requirements from the immigration department of Canada. Student has now finished the first year in Canada and is now pursuing second year studies.
